*Runs from 9:00am 17 June (AEDT) to 15 August 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT) (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $25,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of Hunter Homes full range of designs. To be eligible for the $25,000 New Home Grant, a customer must:
1. Have their tender priced in accordance with our June 2025 pricelists;
2. Provide proof of first home buyer status at the time of their tender request;
3. Pay their acceptance fee within 14 days of a tender issued within the Promotion Period;
4. Sign a Building Agreement within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid; and
5. Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Hunter Homes.
The $25,000 New Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house and land package. The $25,000 New Home Grant offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The grant is not applicable to Granny Flats.
