Hunter Homes is offering eligible customers $30,000 off the base price of a new home when they build on their own registered land in NSW.

Who’s eligible?

To qualify, you must:
• Own registered land in NSW and build your new Hunter Home on that land
• Provide proof of land ownership (e.g. Title Certificate or Contract of Sale) when requesting your New Home Estimate
• Be ready to commence your build in 2025

How to redeem the offer

• A non-refundable fee must be paid within 14 days of receiving your New Home Estimate during the promotion period
• You must sign your Building Contract during your first tender appointment

Key Dates

Offer valid for new customers who:
• Sign a Preliminary Agreement and
• Pay the Initial Fee between 15 July 2025 and 5:00pm AEDT, 31 August 2025

What you need to know

• The $30,000 discount applies to the base price of your new home only
• Not redeemable for cash, transferable, or valid for variations, house and land packages, or completed homes
• Offer can’t be used with any other Hunter Homes promotion unless stated otherwise
• Limit of one offer per customer and per registered lot
